Teen Accused in School Shooting Plot was Sick of Being Pushed Around
Okanogan County prosecutors on Wednesday charged 17-year-old Chuck Mustoe as an adult with attempted first-degree murder for the alleged plot against Chelan High School.
KOMO News normally does not identify juveniles accused of crimes, but prosecutors chose to charge Mustoe as an adult.
According to a police report, when Mustoe was interviewed by police he said he had been threatened by eight boys last summer or the year before and that the incident had "been in his mind ever since it happened."
