Can I use my own domain name for my Soapbox site?
Yes. If you have a domain name, you can point your dns for the domain at 69.64.64.90. You can also Contact Us to do this for you for a $50 fee. If you don't have a domain name yet, we can register and host one for you for $1/month.

Does Soapbox host email?
No. We suggest using Google Apps for your email. They have the best spam filtering and it's free. We can help you set it up for a $50 fee.

I signed up... now what?
You should have received an email with access to your new site. If you did not, check your spam or junk mail. If you can't find it their either, email info@soapboxcms.com.

I didn't put in my Credit Card info when I signed up, how am I going to pay for my site?
You will be sent an invoice 30 days after you sign up. If you pay that invoice within 15 days, your site will stay active, if not, your site will become unavailable.

Why does my invoice come from Coyne Design?
Soapbox is a product of Coyne Design, therefore Coyne Design is the business that will collect payment.

How safe is my data? Is it backed up?
All content is backed up daily with a 30 day version backlog. All media assets are stored on Amazon S3 with 99.9% availability guarantee.
