- Wednesday, September 10th, 2008 -- Portland, Oregon -- Oregon CeaseFire conference on firearm violence prevention.
- Monday, September 22nd, 2008 -- Youth Suicide Prevention Symposium
- Saturday, October 18th, 2008 -- Our Annual Auction -- Save the Date -- This year's auction will be held once again at the warm and wonderful University Women's Club. We will bask in the South American culture of Argentina, enjoying a lovely evening together and providing support to CeaseFire's educational and community outreach programs. We hope you will join us so mark your calendars!
- Sunday, October 26th, 2008 -- Our Annual Day of Remembrance -- Please join us at Green Lake Park where we will plant daffodil bulbs in memory of victims of gun violence.
Also, if you would like to host a showing of CeaseFire's video, Gun Violence, The Stories Behind the Statistics in your home or community center, please contact us. We are also available for community presentations at PTSAs and other groups. We're happy to work with you to plan your own community event to raise awareness and get people involved.
